1. Our Shipping Approach
Noerasder™ prioritizes efficient order handling and fast dispatch.
Eligible confirmed orders are prepared as promptly as reasonably possible according to inventory availability, destination, order characteristics, fulfillment capacity, and other ordinary operating conditions.
Because these circumstances can change, we do not publish a fixed preparation duration.
Our objective is to move confirmed orders into shipment without unnecessary delay.
2. Estimated Transportation Time
After dispatch, estimated transportation time is generally:
3–7 business days
This estimate begins once the parcel has entered shipment.
It reflects normal transportation conditions and does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of delivery on a particular calendar date.
3. Factors That May Affect Delivery
Transportation may occasionally be influenced by:
-
Carrier network conditions;
-
Destination accessibility;
-
Customs procedures;
-
Border processing;
-
Regional transportation interruptions;
-
Severe weather;
-
Public holidays;
-
Extraordinary logistics volume;
-
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or
-
Other circumstances outside ordinary operational control.
These factors can cause a shipment to arrive outside the normal estimate.
4. Fulfillment Locations
Orders may be fulfilled through facilities operated by us or through authorized fulfillment partners.
The facility assigned to an order may depend on:
-
Inventory availability;
-
Product category;
-
Customer destination;
-
Logistics access;
-
Carrier availability; or
-
Operational efficiency.
As a result, the parcel's physical dispatch location may differ from the registered business address of Hangzhou Iviya Technology Co., Ltd.
5. Accurate Shipping-Origin Information
We do not intentionally represent all orders as being sent from a single local warehouse where that statement would not accurately reflect our fulfillment arrangements.
The shipment origin displayed by a carrier may therefore vary between orders.
6. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charge is displayed before the order is submitted.
The charge may depend on destination or available shipping service.
Customers should review the shipping information shown with their order before submission.
Noerasder™ does not intentionally add an undisclosed shipping charge after an order has already been submitted.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Information should be reviewed carefully before an order is submitted.
Relevant details can include:
-
Recipient name;
-
Street address;
-
Apartment or unit number;
-
City;
-
Region;
-
Postal code;
-
Country; and
-
Delivery contact information where required.
8. Address Corrections
If an address error is discovered, contact:
as soon as possible.
We will make a reasonable effort to assist before the order is dispatched.
Once the parcel has entered shipment, address changes may no longer be possible.
9. Tracking Information
Where the logistics service supports tracking, tracking information is provided after dispatch.
A carrier may require time to register the first tracking event.
A brief absence of an update does not necessarily mean the parcel has not entered the logistics network.
10. Tracking Delays
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact customer support.
Please provide the order number and available tracking details.
After-sales requests are normally reviewed within 3 business days.
Where appropriate, we may seek additional information from the logistics provider.
11. Potentially Lost Shipments
If a parcel appears to be lost, contact us.
We do not automatically transfer all responsibility to the customer merely because a shipment has been accepted by a logistics provider.
We will review the available tracking information and other relevant evidence.
Where the circumstances support the request, a reasonable resolution will be provided.
12. Delivered but Not Located
If tracking reports that a parcel has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first check:
-
The stated delivery address;
-
Mailbox or parcel area;
-
Building reception;
-
Household members;
-
Neighbors where appropriate;
-
Safe delivery locations;
-
Property management; and
-
Carrier delivery notes.
If the parcel remains missing, contact customer support for further review.
A delivered tracking status does not automatically prevent investigation of a legitimate concern.
13. Damaged Deliveries
If merchandise arrives damaged, retain the product and packaging and contact:
Relevant photographs or video may be requested where reasonably necessary.
Confirmed damage will be handled under our Return Policy.
14. Incorrect Deliveries
If the item received does not match the item recorded in the order, contact us promptly.
Provide the order number and clear photographs of the received merchandise.
A confirmed fulfillment error will be handled through an appropriate solution.
15. Multiple Parcels
An order containing multiple items may occasionally be divided into separate parcels.
Different parcels can travel through different routes and may arrive at different times.
Where available, separate tracking information may be provided.
16. International Logistics
Depending on destination and fulfillment arrangements, a shipment may travel through international logistics networks.
Local customs or border procedures may occasionally affect transportation.
We aim to present shipping information without creating a misleading impression about fulfillment origin.
17. Customs Requirements
Some destinations may require information or procedures before final delivery can occur.
Customers should cooperate with reasonable destination-specific requirements where applicable.
Local authority procedures are outside our direct control.
18. Extraordinary Delays
Severe weather, public emergencies, regional transportation interruptions, customs congestion, carrier disruptions, or other extraordinary events can affect delivery.
Where we become aware of a material shipment issue, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer.
19. Delivery Attempts
Carriers may make one or more delivery attempts depending on local service practices.
Customers should ensure that the recipient information supplied with the order is accurate and sufficient for delivery.
20. Refused Shipments
If a parcel is refused without an authorized return arrangement, it may be sent back through the logistics network.
Customers should contact us if this occurs so the shipment status and available options can be reviewed.
21. Undeliverable Shipments
A parcel may be considered undeliverable because of an incomplete address, inability to contact the recipient, access restrictions, repeated failed attempts, or another destination-related issue.
If the shipment is returned, contact our customer-service team.
22. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us promptly.
If the order has not entered shipment, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel it.
There is no additional cancellation fee where cancellation is successfully completed before dispatch.
23. Orders Already in Transit
Once an order has entered shipment, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible.
An eligible customer may instead request a return after delivery under the 30 calendar day return window.
24. Return Destination
The registered business address listed at the beginning of this policy is not automatically the merchandise-return warehouse.
Customers should contact:
before sending a product back.
Once an eligible request is approved, the applicable return destination and instructions will be provided.
25. Preference-Based Returns
For a preference-based return, the customer is generally responsible for return transportation costs.
The product should normally remain unused or not used beyond reasonable inspection.
26. Confirmed Product or Fulfillment Problems
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution without unfairly transferring the consequences of our confirmed error to the customer.
27. Customer-Service Timing
After-sales requests are normally reviewed within 3 business days.
More complex carrier investigations may require additional review.
28. Refund Timing
Where a shipping problem ultimately results in an approved refund, the refund is generally reflected within 7–10 business days after it has been issued through the original transaction route.
29. Shipping Support
